This charming small map of Europe is decorated with a strapwork title cartouche. It shows boundaries, major towns and cities, and rivers. "Tom. I Pag. I" above the neatline at right. The map appeared in Pufendorf's Introduction a l'Histoire Generale et Politique de l'Univers... in 1732 and 1743, albeit with slight variations in pagination.

On watermarked paper with a few small worm holes that have been professionally infilled and faint dampstaining in the right blank margin.
