This map displays the central region of France, including the cities of Bourges and Nevers and the Loire River at right. The map is filled with villages and towns, forests, rivers and mountains. Ornamented with a beautiful title cartouche which is surrounded by garlands and a coat of arms. At lower left is a distance scale flanked by two towers. Latin text on verso, published between 1644-55.

A crisp impression on a bright sheet with a large watermark of the god Atlas, a small rust spot along the centerfold, and a couple of short edge tears.
