This 54-page brochure promoting the Atlantic Coast Line was intended to highlight “the many delightful resorts of easy access to those seeking health and pleasures in the ‘Sunny South-Land'.” It is loaded with illustrations along the company's lines including hotels, resorts, golf clubs, fishing, points of interest, and more. A centerfold map entitled Atlantic Coast line in Florida (8.5 x 11.5”) depicts the railroad lines across the state in red overprinting, along with the Florida East Coast Railway in black overprinting. The brochure includes three smaller maps showing a line from Jacksonville to Sanford, the lines in the Sanford to Tampa area, and two lines in the vicinity of Tampa.
