This promotional brochure, with maps on both recto and verso, was issued by the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. The recto map, What to See and How to Get There in San Antonio (14 x 11.8”), shows the vicinity of San Antonio with places of interest illustrated in small squares including The Alamo, Fort Sam Houston, San Jose Mission, and more. Points of interest are listed at left and on verso. The verso map is Downtown San Antonio (11 x 11.3”) with the San Antonio River and points of interest also illustrated on the map. An index to the right of the verso map locates a “Negro Library” and “USO – YMCA (Negro Division)” - the only indications of segregation.
