This plan of Stockholm shows great detail of streets, gardens, fortifications, and even an animal park at bottom right. Numerous ships, some engaged in battle, are faintly depicted near Riddarholmen. A compass rose orients north to the left. A lettered key identifies over 25 locations. At top is a decorative title cartouche featuring Cybele, the goddess of towns, a lion symbolizing Sweden, and weaponry. The map is further adorned with a unique distance scale depicted on a stone structure surrounded by people from the region.
