Finely engraved and detailed chart of the region of Hainaut and Namur, extending a bit into northern France. The title cartouche is flanked by the two coats of arms and a cherub displays the scale of miles in the opposite corner. The map is filled with information including even the tiniest of hamlets. French text on verso, published between 1643-50.

A dark impression with full contemporary color on a bright sheet with minor printer's ink residue and a small hole in the right margin caused by a rust spot.
