Crisply engraved, reduced version of Mercator's handsome map of Crete with small inset maps of the islands of Corfu, Zante, Milos, Naxos, and Scarpanto at top. It is decorated with a strapwork title cartouche and a moiré patterned sea. Latin text on verso, published between 1610-21.
