This small map of Africa is notable for the beautifully illustrated scenes of wildlife and tribes surrounding it. At bottom is a key to the 40 different animals found on the sheet including aardvarks, flamingos, hyenas, and wart hogs to name a few. A 1958 ad for the map in Boy’s Life called it a “Colorful Pictorial Map of Africa/ Each animal, tribe and game preserve illustrated and described/Both decorative and educational."
