This promotional map was published by the Goodrich Rubber Company and presents the early road network in the state. There is surprisingly good coverage in the region (except for south-central Georgia) with a legend at right showing main highways (heavy line) and secondary roads (lighter line). The verso features small city maps of Montgomery, Birmingham, Atlanta, Augusta, Macon and Savannah along with promotional text for Goodrich. Drawn by Raymond Beck and printed by the Commercial Printing & Lithography Company in Akron, OH. Self-folding (3.8 x 8.2") in pictorial wrappers. We found no past sales records and only one institutional example on OCLC.
