This 23-page pamphlet of "What to See and How to Go" features a detailed street map of Los Angeles by Don McLain. It covers the area from Hollywood south to Inglewood and east to Highland Park, and locates two Bekins Fireproof Storage buildings - one on Figueroa Street and another off of Alameda Street. Includes a street index at bottom right and a company-branded compass rose at bottom left. The map is copyright dated 1923. On verso is a regional map entitled Wood's Revised Map of Los Angeles and Vicinity (13.2 x 13.2"). Folds into red paper wrappers (3.4 x 6.8").

The folding map is clean and bright. There are some paper remnants in the top right corner of the verso map from where it was glued to the back cover and has detached (still bound). Covers have light wear with small chips in the corners, and the spine has nearly split.
