This lovely small map focuses on the Istrian Peninsula, but also extends down the Adriatic coast to Venice and following the Piave River north to the Alps. The map is adorned with an elaborate title cartouche as well as stipple engraved seas and a simple compass. On a sheet of Italian text measuring 8.1 x 11.6". Published in either 1598 or 1621.
