This fine overview of antique maps features brief biographies of major cartographers and covers a very wide selections of maps from the 15th to the 19th centuries. 128 pages, nearly 170 illustrations, 65 in full color. Hardbound in burnt orange cloth with gold title and decoration on cover and an illustrated dust jacket.

Contents are clean, bright and near fine. Corners of the binding are slightly bumped. Dust jacket has some light wear with a small tear on the back wrapper.
