This early Goodrich route book features an index map, city maps, numerous advertisements, and 63 routes for motorists. While the title refers to two states, the contents include routes to Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee, North and South Carolina and Mississippi. One of a series of early Goodrich auto travel guides rating roads, providing very detailed directions for motoring vacations and in some cases valuable warnings: “At north end of this bridge [in Atlanta] is a very dangerous hidden curve…Twelve people have been killed here by head-on collisions and by striking the side of bridge with autos and motorcycles" (page 46). 88 pages, pictorial wrappers. Unrecorded in OCLC.

Contents are mostly clean with several dog-eared pages. Covers are soiled. Overall very good considering the guide's intended use.
