It prominently depicts the rugged topography, rivers, roads, and rich farmland shaded in green. Below the map are numerous illustrations and extensive text touting the land opportunities, encouraging the reader to "build your estate on a California farm." Blank verso. California Lands Inc. was a subsidiary of Transamerica Corporation. We found only one past sales record for this map and 4 institutional examples on OCLC.
