Attractive copper engraved map of the continent with good detail of coastal regions. Includes numerous place names and a good depiction of the Amazon. Large decorative title cartouche.

A nice impression on a sturdy sheet with contemporary outline color in the map and later color in the cartouche. There is light toning along the centerfold and edges of the sheet.
