This pictorial map was issued by California Rent Car with a prominent arrow pointing to its location in downtown Los Angeles. The map covers the region from Santa Barbara to San Diego and is filled with playful illustrations intended for the tourist including hunting, fishing, swimming, Hollywood Park, and Santa Monica Pier to name a few along with numerous sightings of couples "enjoying a rent-a-car." Self-folds into pictorial wrappers (4.0 x 9.0") with title "Rent-A-Car U-Drive Rates From $3.50 A Day." Related text and illustrations on verso. We found only two past sales records in the last 30 years and only one institutional example on OCLC.
