This attractive and detailed bird's-eye view of New York City and environs was drawn by William Adickes. It covers the area from Sandy Hook north to Westchester County. Street grids are shown along with bridges and some recognizable buildings. Numerous boats dot the bay and a few planes are located in the skyline. The map extends to part of New Jersey, showing Jersey City, Elizabeth, Newark, Passaic, Paterson, and Hackensack. The map folds into stiff paper wrappers (4.3 x 7.4") with title and an image of the Statue of Liberty on the front cover. Published by E. Byron Bayne. Lithographed by Dunston of Dunkirk, New York.
