A spectacular map of Ireland based on Visscher's similar map, but with entirely original decorations. The title cartouche supports the royal British arms and the large pictorial cartouche at bottom presents a bucolic scene of Mercury with herdsmen, shepherds and fishermen and supports the Irish coat of arms.

Condition: B+

A crisp impression with contemporary color in the map and later color in the decorative elements. There is light toning along the centerfold, otherwise fine.
