This impressive double-elephant folio sheet of vellum features four-line music in red and brown ink, with three large initials with intricate red and blue penwork. The text on verso translates in part as:
Remember me, Lord, when thou comest into thy kingdom.
When my soul shall be in trouble, even in thy wrath thou wilt remember thy mercy.
