Extremely uncommon and incredible copper engraving from a Dutch Bible. A hemisphere depicting the Old World is suspended above a scene of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, which is filled with scores of different animals, and a volcano in the background. Below are several Biblical scenes from both the Old and New Testaments. Dutch text on verso including an engraved scene. Professionally re-enforced folds, now pressed and ready for framing.
