This illustration of Indian pottery was taken from the report by Dr. Jesse W. Fewkes titled "Two Summers' Work in Pueblo Ruins". Dr. Fewkes was a renowned archeologist and ethnographer who conducted several explorations in the heart of the pueblo country at the turn of the century. These two bowls are from Four-mile Ruin in Arizona.
