Antonio Zatta published an Italian version of the important John Mitchell map in twelve separate maps. This sheet depicts Lake Superior based on Bellin with the large, spurious island 'I. Philippeaux'. Also included is an inset of the southern tip of Florida and the Bahamas. Ref: Kershaw #980 and Sellers and Van Ee #163. Attractive original color.
