Engraved by Bourgoin in a crisp, precise style. The map provides a French view of the region east of the Mississippi River with the British colonies confined east of the Appalachian Mountains. A large table lists the French and English possessions with the major forts. Good detail throughout. One light spot in map and some light staining from paste on the verso. Small cut in margin, else very good & on strong paper.
