Large map of the island divided in the fourteen precincts. Great detail of the topography, settlements, and plantations. Text at top describes the location and history of the island. Huge pictorial title cartouche with natives, turtles and a mermaid. The cartouche is uncolored and the map with a lovely compass rose is in full original color. Fine crisp impression. One tiny tear in margin, still very fine.
