Each map includes tables concerning the primarily languages and alphabets of the continent, with the maps showing the linguistic divisions. The American map depicts CALIFORNIA AS AN ISLAND, and the map of Africa includes vignettes of ancient ruins. The maps are partially colored and a bit faded with some minor color offsetting. Close right margin on map of Europe. Light scattered foxing, mostly in margins.
