Beautiful map of this important wine region centered on Besancon. North is oriented to the right on the map. Also includes Geneva, Switzerland. Extremely detailed with even the tiniest of villages. Large title cartouche surrounded by people, cherubs, and animals, and a distance scale featuring two little cherubs harvesting a vineyard. Coat of arms in upper left. A fine decorative map in full original color. Short split in bottom margin, well outside image.
