One of the most beautiful Holy Land maps designed and probably engraved by Ortelius himself. Its imaginative design includes an elaborately engraved frame containing twenty-two scenes illustrating the life of Abraham, from his departure from Ur to his death. Ref: Laor #547 and van den Broecke #183. Fine condition and original color.
