Fine map of Touraine with Tours situated between the Loyre and Le Cher rivers with large bridges depicted crossing the rivers. Compiled from cartographic information from Bougereau's "Theatre Francois" in 1594. Very decorative with forests and towns filling the map. Three strapwork cartouches. Old color which includes a historated capital in the Latin text on verso. A bit of minor soil in margins.
