Indenture on vellum. Dated June 14, 1819. For one year lease of a plot of land next to the Royal Oak Public House on Bridge Street in Warrington, Lancaster County, England for 5 shillings between Sarah Robinson and Samuel Forster/John Pinkmore. Includes a blue tax stamp and the red wax seal of Sarah Robinson. Very legible.
