A fine pair of maps depicting the navigation channels of the St. Lawrence river from Quebec to about 25 miles down stream, including Isle d'Orleans and the Traverse channel. Great detail of the river with its settlements. Soundings, shoals, and anchorages shown in the river. Each contains a decorative title carouche, rhumb lines and a fleur-de-lis. Original hand coloring, with the river in full wash color, cartouche uncolored. Ref: Kershaw #661 and 662.
