This attractive map was made to illustrate a paper by Dr. Thomas Thoroddson, published by the Royal Geographic Society. The coastline was taken from Admiralty charts, the interior was based on B. Gunnlaughson's survey. It is full of topographical features including lava and ice fields.

Folding as issued, now pressed and backed with Japanese tissue. Trimmed to neatline at binding side, else fine.
