Finely rendered etchings by this British artist and critic. He wrote many articles and books and is best remembered for Etching and Etchers, 1868 and The Portfolio, 1870-92. Titles in pencil in bottom margins: Rocks-St. Nisier, Blost, Tom, Moat of Chaseux, Laboulage, Roche Malpdroite, Great Oak-St. Nisier and Bridge of Toulon.
