This fine set of maps covers all of the British Isles, both ancient and modern. The maps were engraved by J. & C. Walker and published by Baldwin and Cradock for the Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge. The set the following sub-sets: 'Ancient Britain 1 & 2', 'England with its Canals and Railways', 'England I-V', 'Scotland 1-3', and 'Ireland'. Average size: 11.5 x 15". A nice set with the counties outlined in color, incredible detail, and keyboard style borders.

A few maps have a bit of very minor foxing, overall very good.
