Copper engraving by this famous Bohemian artist. The print depicts a solitary warrior fending off a large Roman army with the dedication at bottom including the coat of arms. Wenceslaus Hollar's was the major topographical draughtsman of his day (he was appointed Scenographus Regius by Charles II in 1666).
