Fine large sea chart of the west coast of Ireland covering from Aran Island to Great Blasket Island. Nice detail of the coast including anchorages and soundings. Rhumb lines, sailing ships and compass roses fill the ocean. The large title cartouche features a shepherd and his sheep and the scale of miles is decorated with flowers and two cherubs.

On double thick paper with lovely original color. Minor stains in margins with a bit of faint foxing and a small abrasion in map.
