Original MANUSCRIPT map of the pole to the 40th Latitude depicting the political divisions, rivers, and capital cities of each country. The title is in a neat script attributing its origin to Standard Hill Academy, Midsummer 1853. The map is finely drawn in ink and hand-colored with water color. A very interesting and unusual piece.
