36 pp with light foxing and some water stains, none seriously distracting. The map is a great impression with strong color, no foxing or toning as often seen. Some intersection splits with no loss easily closed with conservation tape. Book cover is navy cloth with fine and heavy embossing and gilt in near mint condition. A really fine example of this book and map.
