Decorative and unusual chart with a very large inset that is the primary focus of the chart. The inset map covers the Gulf of St. Lawrence and Newfoundland and is set on the background map of the Atlantic Ocean with the coastline of South Carolina, with Charleston, at upper left, and part of the Bahamas at lower left. The entire lower right quadrant is filled with a pictorial cartouche. Photocopy of the atlas title page accompanies the map.
