Northern portion of Upper California is marked "Unexplored Region", the rest is covered by a table of distances. Shows a large Independent Texas. Indian Territory is much of the Midwest; Missouri Territory includes most of today's Idaho, Wyoming and Montana; Iowa is most of today's Dakota's and Minnesota.

Closely trimmed at sides, acid burn along center fold. Soiling and staining to varying degrees throughout. A rough map that compensates by the terrific territorial configurations.
