This is a reduced version of Kitchin's map first published in 1777. It is interesting with good detail particularly in the region of present-day New Mexico and southern Arizona. From New Mexico to Louisiana is Great Space of Land Unknown. Texas is identified as New Kingdom of Leon. Inset of the environs of Mexico City.
