A very handsome map of the Danish Islands fully engraved to show mountains, forests and settlement. Includes the Swedish cities facing Copenhagen across the Oresund and fortresses of Helsingor and Helsingborg guarding the northern entrance to the Sund. The beautiful (uncolored) title cartouche fills the entire lower right corner with figures, cherubs, mythical gods, animals and the royal coat of arms.

Superb impression with original color, narrow but full margin at bottom, one tiny spot but still fine.
