Very spectacular map of the French Alps just south of Lake Geneva. The map is fully engraved with mountains and cities and richly embellished with nine coats of arms, numerous putti and figures in the foreground.

References:

Condition: A

Overall light toning and slight oxidation of old color, which is superbly applied and highlighted in gold. Some acid burning of verso, but paper is still sound. Tiny separation in bottom margin.
