This is one of the few 17th century maps to focus specifically on the Arabian Peninsula. It is beautifully engraved and surprisingly detailed with hundreds of tiny villages shown. There are five kingdoms delineated: Arabie Petree, Arabie Deserte, Yerack, Bahraim and Arabie Heureu. Large columnar style title cartouche.
