An extremely elaborate title page with allegorical representations of the continents and the four elements, scholars, students and cartographers, all surrounded by rich engraving.

Condition: B

Several small tears that have been expertly repaired. Left and part of bottom margin have been replaced with a tiny bit of facsimile. Overall a fine impression and very skillful restoration.
