Finely engraved and highly detailed map prominently featuring the topography of the continental divide. The states and territories are named and shown by dotted lines and outline coloring. The entire west is composed of only New Mexico, Utah, Oregon Territories and California. Pre-Gadsden Boundary. Many Indian names throughout. Script style title.
