Both maps show fine detail of the area and river, including a section plan of the Colorado River on each. The former shows the Parade Grounds within the fort, the Yuma Quarter Master's Depot and part of Arizona City on the other side of the river. The later shows two cross-sections of the river, good detail within the fort, a bench mark and ferry location.
