Good detail of roads and topography around El Paso. Large inset of El Paso (Fort Bliss) with detail down to streets and locates the astronomical monument. These astronomical sites were of extreme importance to accurate mapping by the U.S. Corps of Engineers, so much so that completed ones were shown on their Progress Maps.
