Handsome sea chart of the South Atlantic including the whole of South America and the western coastline of Africa. Details are only shown on the coastlines and inset into the interior of South America are three coastal views: Cape St. Augustine, Cape Frio, and North Part of St. Catherine's Island. The chart is dominated by a large compass rose, from which rhumb lines radiate. Photocopy of the atlas title page accompanies the map.
