An unusual map of the region and the Red Sea with north oriented to the right. The map is divided into three regions, 'Egipte', 'Nubie' and 'Abissinie' with French text panels flanking the map and providing historical information in the style popularized by Desnos. Map is on characteristically blue tinted French paper.
