Superb engraving of marine architecture featuring a three-masted 96 gun man-o-war. The rendering provides great detail of the ship's equipment, construction, rigging, etc. The main engraving is a large and extraordinarily detailed cutaway view. Surrounding insets include cross-section views, ribbing and planking details, compass and astrolabe detail, dry docks, etc.
